Welcome! Before diving in, please know: This site is NOT run by a licensed therapist, certified life coach, or all-knowing guru. In fact, I proudly claim zero credentials—unless you count surviving perimenopause, Complex PTSD, and personal experiences worthy of any made-for-TV-drama.

This space is for starting honest conversations, sharing stories, and connecting with others who are done with shame and ready to challenge the narratives that hold us back. My mission? Challenging Narratives, Connecting and Empowering People, and Annihilating Undue Shame—without judgment or magic formulas.

Please remember that the content here is for informational and conversational purposes only. Nothing on this site should be considered medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice. You are your own best expert, and I’m just here as a fellow traveler on the bumpy road of being human.

I frequently share stories from my personal experiences.  I acknowledge that human memory is faulty and all perception is biased; I do my best to recall past events as accurately as possible.  Any details surrounding others are included solely for the purpose of explaining what I've learned, in hopes that my story can help others.

By continuing, you acknowledge that you’ve read and accept the Terms & Conditions and understand that Somebody Else’s Villain, LLC is not responsible for your life decisions, your mom’s opinions, or the actions of your ex.
